Overview
The Bethlehem Museum, located near Manger Square, is dedicated to showcasing the rich heritage, culture, and history of the Palestinian people. Established by the Antonian Charitable Society, the museum brings together artifacts, traditional costumes, photographs, and artworks that reflect everyday life, spirituality, and resilience across centuries. Its exhibits move beyond the biblical narrative of Bethlehem to highlight the lived experiences of Palestinians past and present.
The museum also includes a permanent collection that highlights agricultural tools, embroidery, musical instruments, and domestic objects — all displayed in ways that tell the story of Palestine’s evolving identity.
