Taybeh is also home to one of Palestine’s most unexpected success stories — Taybeh Brewing Company, the first microbrewery in the Middle East, established in 1994. Founded by the Khoury family after their return from the United States, the brewery has grown into a symbol of entrepreneurship and resilience, producing a range of award-winning beers enjoyed locally and abroad.

Every autumn, Taybeh comes alive with the Taybeh Oktoberfest, a two-day festival inspired by German traditions but rooted in Palestinian culture. The event attracts thousands of visitors, featuring live music, folk dance, artisan stalls, food stands, and of course, freshly brewed Taybeh Beer. More than just a festival, Oktoberfest is a celebration of community, creativity, and Palestinian pride.
