Al Kamandjati (The Violinist)

Al Kamandjati “The Violinist” Association is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 to provide music education to Palestinian children and youth, and to develop musical cultural life in Palestine.

Al Kamandjati sets up music schools for Palestinian children in cities, villages, and refugee camps. These music schools offer children the chance to learn music, to discover their musical cultural heritage as well as other musical cultures, and to explore their creative potential. In addition, Al Kamandjati produces numerous concerts and several music festivals throughout the year for the benefit of the students as well as the general community as part of its mission to bring music to all.
