Established by presidential decree in June 1996, the Palestinian Child Theater is earmarked for construction on a redevelopment site in Gaza City, next to the Exhibition Center for Traditional Arts. Subject to funding, it will offer training in music, dance and theater and provide a range of cultural and recreational facilities for children.
