Southern Gaza’s most active theater troupe improvises and creates dramatic pieces based on social and political issues and follows up with workshops on those issues aimed at students and community groups. Problems dealt with by the company in their past productions include garbage, water supply and settlement communities. The troupe participated in the 1998 Amman National Theater Festival.
