Established in 1996 by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), the Center for Developing Abilities, the Khan Younis center presents community-based programs aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the community and provides training for rehabilitation workers. Its activities include non-formal training courses in arts and crafts, and its facilities include a Museum and southern Gaza’s only dedicated performing arts facility.
