Where to go Guide
The Old City of Hebron stretches from Bab El Zawyeh Square to the Ibrahimi Mosque, running along two main streets. The first street, to the left, known as New Shallalah St. is the agricultural market street, where visitors will find fresh fruits and vegetables. The second, running to the right, known as Old Shallalah St., is the commercial street, with many different types of stores lining both sides of the road. Visitors can enjoy some shopping and take in the old Ottoman architecture, especially in the area near the Ibrahimi Mosque.
